Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 27, 2026

InvoStock works entirely on your device and makes no network requests at all. Your counting tasks, product data, barcodes, and photos are stored locally. The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

Who we are

InvoStock is developed by Nadiia Linyvenko, doing business as LenkoLab, Coimbra, Portugal. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].

What data the app handles

InvoStock is an inventory counting tool. The task files you import, the counts you record, the barcode database the app builds, and any photos or notes you attach to an item are stored only in a local SQLite database on your device. This data:

Device permissions

InvoStock requests these permissions, and nothing else:

Importing and exporting data

InvoStock reads the CSV task files you import and writes the CSV files you export using your device's standard file and share functions. A file you export is handed to the app you choose through your operating system, and from that point it is governed by the privacy policy of that app. We never receive a copy of your files.

Data retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device for as long as you keep it. You can delete individual tasks or records inside the app, and uninstalling the app removes all of its data completely. Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot access, restore, or delete it for you.

Children

InvoStock is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no data, no personal information from children is processed.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before the change takes effect.
