Work orders for field crews
A mobile app for small field-service crews: repairs, installation, maintenance, cleaning. The day's jobs on a map, one-tap navigation to the next address, geo check-in on site, and proof of work: status, notes, photos of the result, and the client's signature.
The problem it solves
Field-service software is built for mid-size companies: 30-80 EUR per user per month, heavy onboarding, dispatch modules a two-person crew will never open. So small crews run their day on a notebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps, and lose disputes because nothing is on record. Fyntoo Field fills that gap: it shows what to do and where to drive, and it leaves proof of what was done.
Who uses it
A solo plumber, electrician or repair tech
Five to eight calls a day around town. Jobs go in over morning coffee, auto-sort puts them in driving order, and Navigate opens the next address in your maps app. The part that pays off is the proof: check-in with time and location, a photo of the finished work, the client's signature on screen. When someone calls a week later saying you never showed up, you have the record. For a one-person business, a single settled dispute justifies the app.
A cleaning business of one or two people
Regular home and office cleanings, usually with nobody around. Check-in proves the visit happened, the after photos settle any question about quality, and time on site backs up the rate. At the end of the month a CSV of all visits goes to the corporate client along with the invoice, instead of reconstructing the month from chat history.
Equipment maintenance under contract
Coffee machines, air conditioning, gates. The key feature is history per site: walk up to the machine, open History, and see what you replaced three months ago. At the end of the quarter the client gets an export of every service visit, with photos, and nobody had to keep an Excel file honest.
Delivery with assembly
The signature on the screen is classic proof of delivery, the feature that usually costs a subscription. A photo of the assembled furniture plus a signature plus a timestamp closes the "it arrived scratched" conversation before it starts.
Surveyors and estimators
Windows, kitchens, blinds: a day of short visits, each with measurement photos and a note. In the evening everything is filed by address instead of buried in the phone gallery between family pictures.
Inspections and assessments
Insurance surveys, apartment handovers, site checks. A geo check-in adds a small but useful legal detail: the inspection happened at this address, and the coordinates match within a dozen meters.
Property managers and handymen
One owner, several apartments: the client-with-multiple-sites model fits exactly. Jobs like "flat on X street: replace the tap", before and after photos, and a monthly CSV to the owner as both work report and billing basis.
