The problem it solves
Stock lives on warehouse shelves, not at a desk - but most inventory tools assume someone sitting behind a computer. InvoStock puts stock operations on the phone: scan a barcode, adjust quantities, and keep working even where the warehouse has no signal.
Who uses it
A small retail shop with 1-3 locations
The owner receives deliveries personally and scans each box at the door. Stock levels are live on the phone, not in an Excel file that was accurate last Tuesday. The Running low threshold says what to reorder without counting shelves by hand.
A coffee shop, bar or kitchen
The barista scans bags of beans, syrups and milk in the morning. The manager sees oat milk running low and orders more before it runs out on Friday night. The CSV export doubles as a ready-made order for the supplier.
A workshop, atelier or studio
A tailor or maker tracks fabric, fittings and thread. No ERP, no subscription, no internet required: the phone is already in your pocket and the scanner is built in.
A pop-up stall or market stand
Count stock before and after the event; the difference is what you sold. The movement report becomes the sales report for the day. Everything works offline, which matters on a fairground with no Wi-Fi.
A home-based marketplace seller
Goods live in a garage or spare room. Scan items as they ship, always know what is left, and let the low-stock threshold say when it is time to order the next batch.
A clinic, pharmacy or veterinary practice
Consumables such as gloves, syringes and medication must never quietly run out, because work stops when they do. Categories keep supplies grouped by type, and thresholds warn in advance.
A construction crew
The foreman scans materials on site: fasteners, tile, mixes. Dispatch writes materials off to the project, Receive logs deliveries from the depot, and the movement history becomes the report to the client on where the materials went.
