Fyntoo Scan turns the phone camera into a proper document scanner that processes everything on the device: your paperwork becomes clean, sharable PDFs without ever leaving your phone.
Who uses it
A freelancer or sole trader
Software licences, coworking, taxi rides to client meetings: the tax office wants proof of every expense. The usual system is a folder of receipt photos and end-of-quarter chaos. Here you snap the receipt, it lands in the right category, and a CSV goes to the accountant.
Business trips in a small company
A company of 5-15 people without SAP. An employee travels: taxi, lunch, hotel, and then owes the office an expense report. Scan receipts during the trip, generate a PDF report with the receipt images inside, and send it from your messenger on the way home.
A micro business without an accountant
A manicurist, tutor or small contractor buys supplies with their own money and needs to see the real margin: earned minus spent. Category and period breakdowns answer that, without paying for an expense service.
Expats and digital nomads
Living in Portugal, working for a German company. Receipts come in Portuguese, reports are needed in English. OCR reads 8 languages, reports come out in the language you choose, and EUR, PLN and CZK can sit in one report.
Landlords
Two or three rental flats mean repairs, plumbers and furniture, all deductible. Scan the receipts from Leroy Merlin and IKEA, and the yearly Supplies report comes out with a photo of every receipt attached.
Keeping company cards honest
A small business gives employees payment cards. At the end of the month the bank statement has to match real receipts. Everyone scans as they spend, and the CSV export lines up against the statement.
Nonprofits and grants
An NGO answers for every euro of grant money. A PDF report with receipt photos is a ready-made document for the donor or the auditor.
