Yarna
CRM for independent realtors
A mobile CRM for independent real estate agents: properties, clients, and deals, built around how agents actually work in the field. A companion web app complements it and handles subscription billing. Paid product with a 30-day free trial.
The problem it solves
Independent real estate agents juggle properties, clients, and viewings across notebooks, spreadsheets, and chat threads. Big CRMs are built for agencies, not for one person in the field. Yarna keeps the whole pipeline in one place: a mobile app for viewings, with a web companion for the paperwork and billing.
Who uses it
Thirty seconds in the car after a viewing
You leave one showing with two more ahead, and an hour later the first client's details blur into the rest. Instead you dictate half a minute of voice right in the car: showed Maria the two-room flat, liked the light, unsure about the kitchen, budget up to 250, promised two options tomorrow. The client card fills itself in: goal, budget, area, impression, promise. Nothing typed, nothing forgotten.
The promise you would otherwise forget
Five clients, five different promises: a shortlist, a call, documents. Something always slips. Every "I'll send it" and "I'll call you" becomes a promise with a due date, and in the morning you see what is overdue and what burns today. Clients get what they were promised on time, and that is the reputation deals and referrals stand on.
A one-minute brief before the meeting
A showing in an hour with a client you last spoke to two weeks ago. Name? Budget? What did you promise? An hour before the meeting you get a short brief: budget, areas, hard requirements, promises, how the last conversation ended. You walk in remembering everything, and the client feels like a person, not one of thirty.
A new listing just came in: who is it for?
A hot flat appears. Who in your base was looking for exactly this? Scrolling chat history takes half an hour. Ask by voice or text: who wanted a two-room flat in the centre up to 200 with parking. You get an instant shortlist. First to offer, first to close.
The red line you must not cross
She said it a hundred times: no ground floor, I have a baby. Show her a ground floor and the trust is gone. Hard requirements are pinned separately and visibly on the client card, so you never show the wrong thing again. A small detail that separates a professional from an agent who does not listen.
The client sends a voice message on WhatsApp
A minute of voice with three new requirements inside. Re-listening and typing it up never actually happens. Forward the message to the app: it becomes a structured note and updates the client's card. Nothing from the voice message gets lost.
The whole day on one screen
Where to start the morning? A blur of viewings, calls and don't-forgets. The morning summary says: two viewings today, one overdue promise, two calls to make. You start the day collected instead of reconstructing it.
A basement with no signal is not a problem
A viewing on the basement level of a new build, no internet, and the thought has to be captured now. Dictate offline: the note is saved and processes itself when the network comes back.
Speak your language, keep the base in theirs
On a multilingual market some of your clients are foreigners. Dictate in the language that is comfortable for you; client details are stored in theirs. One tidy base, no manual translation.
